Applying the principles of flying
supersonic jets to business and life.™

Pilot Leadership Blog

This is one of the fastest-growing leadership blogs around. It covers topics that range from perspectives on the latest news events, to specific topics related to all aspects of leadership. In particular, we discuss Center Seat Leadership, Mach One Followership, and Mastery of Performance.

It‘s based on over three decades of flying high-performance jets, studying the extremes of human performance, when high stakes were involved on a daily basis. Life or death decisions had to be made with the information that was at hand, above a foundation of knowledge, skills, and contingency plans, all of which had to be in place before one  jet ever took to the sky.  The great take away from all of this is that anyone in the non aviation environment can take the very same skills and apply them to his or her own business and life.

Stay on this journey with us and watch how easily the world of high-speed aviation, business, and life can be blended.  We appreciate your participation.

Our book, The Pilot — Learning Leadership, is published by Greenleaf Book Group. It's available in bookstores across the country including Barnes & Noble, and all major online retailers. We've also published a book called Success Simplified, with several co-authors, including Dr. Stephen Covey.
